RETURN POLICY

Prima Donna will gladly accept returns on orders placed within 30 days. We guarantee you'll love our soaks. If you don't, we'll be happy to refund the full amount you paid for your order.

To be eligible for a return, just return the jar preferably in its original packaging. â€‹

To complete your return:

Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).

Include a copy of your packing slip with your return. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

Email address

Telephone number

Prima Donna order confirmation number

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you received a defective item, let us know and we'll send you a brand new one.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primadonnabeauty.com for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
